Who's the lady behind the bag?! 

Hi, I'm Lee... a self-proclaimed craftsy feminist who recently joined the ranks of the unemployed to make these bags more accessible to the world. 

Two years ago I was a poor college student who developed a love of knitting and crocheting. Unfortunately, the state of my finances limited my access to traditional yarn. Thanks to inspiration from one of my brilliant college professors, Peggy Diggs, I started making yarn out of old, recycled plastic bags. Not only was the material free and in grand abundance, but it was an eco-friendly process.  I have continued to work with this material to produce socially conscious bags that are incredibly unique and durable. I would love to make you a bag lady!
